Antique Hemp Torchons - PC Monogram

Very early, rustic torchon with original iron marks - these torchons are straight out of an old armoire and need cleaning! All of the old age marks will come out nicely with a good soak and a wash. Slightly grey in color (the best color for old hemp) - this fiber will only get softer with more use.

Small red PC monogram in the corner and linen tab for hanging.

To clean hemp, linen or nettle wash in your washing machine with soap and warm water. Once removed from washing machine, snap out any wrinkles. Hang to dry and then press with a hot iron. The more these fibers are washed, the softer they become.

These towels will last a lifetime if well cared for.
